Attention Fund-Raising Groups
I have a contract to vend glow and electronic novelties during the _______. I'm looking for a local group
that wishes to raise money for some purpose.
Sales for Glow & Electronic Novelties are quick, and we are allowed to use roving vendors in the crowd.
I provide all the necessary equipment including a vendors bank. The group collects ____% of their gross
sales at the end of each night in cash. I often work with cheer leading clubs, pom-pom girls, sports clubs,
dance teams, church groups, Shrine Temples, Rainbow Girls, Demolay Boys and others that wish to act
as vendors and raise funds. I have one million in insurance and good references. If any group is
interested, please call me at the numbers listed below. Event hours we work: Usually dusk till 11pm. Here
is a more detailed explanation of the actual vending:
We will park a merchandise trailer on site and in an area accessible to the crew. I will supply everything
we need including vendor's bank. Each vendor would be outfitted with a large canvas paper-boy bag for
the merchandise. Each vendor will have a laminated ID NGL badge and festival ID if they provide it. We
will have passes to get the group in. We will meet at a designated spot, probably outside the main gate,
around 1 1/2 hours before dusk, possibly 5-6 PM.. We will then go to the trailer, outfit everyone and
distribute the merchandise. Everyone must have a local ID and be dressed neatly to work this event.
Vendors will go back and forth from the trailer to the crowd throughout the night, dropping off money and
retaining enough of a vendor's bank to manage sales. At the end of the night the vendors will settle up and
the group will collect their percentage in cash. I would suggest that the group go out in pairs. The group
will be responsible for money and merchandise once it has left the table. The idea is to be careful with
your money and to not come up short. We will be selling 6-8 items that will sell for $5-7-$10.00 ea.

general idea. I have worked with many groups and I can't think of one that has not wanted to do this
again. I have a vendors group contract that I will send you to look over. Please understand this is a first-
come first-serve basis as far as which group signs up.
I will need to know the name of your group, and any affiliation you might have with a school, civic group,
club, organization etc. I would need to know the age range in your group and how many people you can
supply each night. Please keep in mind that the success of this concession depends on the appropriate
number of vendors showing up each night. This is very important and critical to our success. If you have
