NASHVILLE GLOW LIGHT VENDOR AGREEMENT

This document, once signed by both parties, constitutes a legal and binding agreement
between: Organization/Group______________________________________________
Supervisor _________________________________and Nashville Glow Light (NGL). The purpose of
this agreement is that the above named organization or group and it's supervisor will perform as a
merchandise vending crew for NGL during: (Event)

The articles of the agreement are as follows:
(a) That the above named vending crew is to receive ______% of their gross sales, payable in cash at
the end of each night. Reported earnings to state or federal government is the responsibility of the above
named.
(b) NGL agrees to pay all event fees and provide proof of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00,
liability and product liability, to the event. NGL does not assume responsibility for the above named or
the vendors in the event of any accident or injury.
(c) The above named, by signing this agreement, relinquishes the right to bring any type of lawsuit against
NGL or it's owners should any accident or injury occur to the above named or the vendors. The
supervisor is expected to have each vendor sign a vendor release form prior to the event.
(d) The vending crew and supervisor will be responsible for all merchandise and money entrusted to their
care. Any shortages of cash or merchandise would be deducted from the groups percentage.
(e) The above named will commit ____________ persons to this endeavor and will do their utmost to
keep this figure constant throughout the event. The number of vendors committed must be kept to 75%
of the agreed figure or the group is to sustain a penalty of 5% of their vendors percentage.
(f) SPECIAL CONDITIONS: There may be another group or groups participating in this event. These
groups are in no way connected to the above named and each would be paid according to their gross
sales figure.
(g) The above named individual being the appointed supervisor for the organization/group and vending
crew has read and fully understood the articles of this agreement and has the authority to sign in the
organization/groups interest. The above named organization/group does fully understand that the
commitment to the agreed number of personal is necessary to the success of this venture and that the
group agrees to attend regardless of inclement weather or any schedule changes.
